Cooperative LPDB disbursement reaches Rp1.15 trillion up to July 2026
The Cooperative Revolving Fund Management Agency (LPDB) has recorded revolving fund disbursement of Rp1.15 trillion up to July 2026, representing growth of 44.45 percent compared with the same period last year of Rp796.69 billion.
LPDB Cooperatives President Director Krisdianto said the realisation is equivalent to 54.8 percent of this year’s revolving fund disbursement target of Rp2.1 trillion.
“What we are pushing is not only the quantity of disbursement, but the quality of financing. This year, our disbursement target portion is directed at 85 percent to cooperatives in the real sector and productive business activities,” Krisdianto said in a press release in Jakarta on Tuesday.
According to him, this focus is necessary so that revolving funds can provide a broader economic impact, ranging from increased production, job creation, strengthening supply chains, to increasing the added value of commodities.
Cumulatively, over 20 years of operation, LPDB has disbursed revolving funds amounting to Rp22.13 trillion to 3,909 cooperative partners spread across 36 provinces.
Cooperatives Minister Ferry Juliantono encouraged LPDB Cooperatives to strengthen its role in supporting financing for the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperatives (KDKMP) being developed by the government in various regions.
According to Ferry, LPDB can become one of the revolving financing instruments for village and sub-district cooperatives, particularly to support productive economic activities.
“The financing must be directed with a focus on the production sector, so that it is able to create a multiplier effect that drives job creation, increases added value, and strengthens a sustainable economy,” Ferry said.
However, Ferry reminded LPDB to continue strengthening risk mitigation and applying prudential principles.
He also asked LPDB to continue improving business processes, strengthening service digitalisation, and expanding the reach of financing to cooperatives.
According to him, strengthening governance is necessary so that the increase in revolving fund disbursement is still accompanied by good financing quality and provides real benefits for cooperatives and their members.
