Cooking and food bazaar

What's cooking? The "Jali Jali Jajanan Jakarta" food bazaar
will be held at Ciputra Mall from Aug. 4 through Aug. 21.

During the bazaar, visitors can polish up their culinary
skills under the tutelage of acclaimed Chef Sugianto from the
Ciputra Hotel.

Afterward, visitors can take a walk through the bazaar and
taste the various indigenous dishes on display.

The food bazaar aims to improve the knowledge of the Jakarta
public on their homeland's culinary heritage, such as kerak telur
(baked egg and sticky rice with pepper), rujak bebek (duck with
crushed mixed vegetables and sauce), es durian (shaved ice with
durian).

The program is part of Ciputra Mall's commitment to developing
national culture, especially the Jakarta gastronomic scene.
