Controlling Shareholder Scoops Up Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) Shares Worth Rp 9.36 Billion

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Property developer issuer PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) recorded that its controlling company, Paraga Artamida, added to its shareholding by 12.49 million shares. Citing a disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the share purchase transaction was conducted on 11 March 2026 when BSDE shares were trading at Rp 749 per share, equivalent to Rp 9.36 billion. It was stated that this transaction is categorised as a purchase for investment purposes and does not involve any repurchase agreement. With this purchase, Paraga Artamida’s ownership increased to 8.53 billion shares, with the voting rights portion rising slightly to 40.32% from the previous 8.52 billion shares or equivalent to 40.26%. The report also emphasised that Paraga Artamida is the controlling party and stated that it will continue to maintain control over the company.
