Controlling Shareholder of INET Acquires 40.96 Million Shares in Major Transaction

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara, the controlling shareholder of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Tbk. (INET), has increased its shareholding. In a material disclosure, the company reported that it has purchased 40,964,400 INET shares on 6 March 2026.

At a purchase price of Rp304 per share, Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara disbursed Rp12.45 billion for the transaction. The shares purchased were ordinary shares, and the acquisition constitutes a direct increase in ownership.

“The purpose of the transaction is to increase shareholding in INET,” stated Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara in a material disclosure released on Monday (9 March 2026).

Prior to the transaction, the company held 13.28 billion shares, equivalent to 59.38%. Following the acquisition, its ownership increased to 13.32 billion shares, or 59.56%.

Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara stated that it will maintain its control of INET shares.

Meanwhile, INET declined 9.22% to Rp262 per share during the first trading session on Monday (9 March 2026).
