Controlling Investor Sheds 25% Stake in LUCY, Reasons Revealed
PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) has announced that PT Delta Wibawa Bersama has divested a significant portion of its shares, totalling 378,693,773 shares, or approximately 25% of its ownership. According to information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the share sale was executed through seven transactions, reducing its holding from 900,141,542 shares, representing 59.42% of voting rights, to 521,447,769 shares, or 34.42% of voting rights. The series of transactions began on 4 June 2026, when PT Delta Wibawa Bersama sold 300 shares at a price of Rp79 per share, lowering its ownership from 900,141,542 shares to 900,141,242 shares, a reduction of roughly 0.00003%. Subsequently, on 17 June 2026, the company conducted several sales at a price of Rp1,385 per share. The first involved the sale of 75,000,000 shares, reducing the holding from 900,141,242 shares to 825,141,242 shares. On the same date, it sold another 70,000,000 shares, bringing the total down to 755,141,242 shares. The next transaction was the sale of 31,150,757 shares at the same price, reducing the stake to 723,990,485 shares. The company then offloaded a further 75,000,000 shares, leaving it with 648,990,485 shares. In a subsequent transaction, PT Delta Wibawa Bersama sold 57,542,716 shares at Rp1,385 per share, reducing its holding to 591,447,769 shares. Finally, a sale of 70,000,000 shares at the same price brought the final ownership to 521,447,769 shares. The stated purpose of the transaction was a partial sale of shares. Despite divesting nearly 379 million shares, the company confirmed it remains the controlling shareholder and intends to maintain control over PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY).
