PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL) has announced that Hillcon Equity Management has reduced its shareholding. This disclosure was made through the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) information transparency mechanism.

The transaction involved the sale of 27.887 million shares. The transaction was executed on 26 February 2026 at a price of Rp50 per share and was categorised as ordinary shares for investment purposes.

The report was submitted in accordance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 4/2024 concerning mandatory reporting of ownership or any changes in ownership of shares in publicly listed companies.

Following the share sale transaction, Hillcon Equity Management’s shareholding prior to the transaction was recorded at 6.134 billion shares, equivalent to 41.61% of voting rights. After the transaction, ownership decreased to 6.106 billion shares, representing 41.42% of voting rights.

Despite the reduction in ownership, Hillcon Equity Management has affirmed that it remains the controlling shareholder and will continue to maintain control of the company. With its shareholding structure still above 40%, Hillcon Equity Management’s position as HILL’s principal shareholder remains robust, meaning this divestment does not change control of the company.

During morning trading session, HILL shares collapsed 8.11% to Rp34 per share, with market capitalisation standing at Rp501.2 billion.
