Consulting firm opened
JAKARTA (JP): Insurance consulting firm PT Bumi Citra Cempaka announced yesterday the establishment of operations to help domestic insurers improve their performance.
The company's chief executive officer, Thomas Turula, said his firm could assist insurance firms to strengthen their internal organization to comply with government guidelines and improve their customer services to boost their investment returns.
A ministerial decree has required all insurance companies to increase their investment-technical reserve ratio to a minimum of 1:1 by the end of the year to guarantee healthy operation. (10)
