Constitutional Court to Rule on 15 Cases Today, Including Challenges to Criminal Code and Election Law
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Constitutional Court (MK) will hold a session to pronounce judgments on 15 cases of law testing on Thursday (16/4/2026). According to the MK’s official website, the session will proceed in a marathon format. The session begins at 13:30 WIB in the Plenary Courtroom of Building I. In general, the 15 cases to be decided by the Constitutional Court highlight the high number of material examination requests against various strategic laws across sectors.
