Constitutional Court holds hearing for rulings on 22 material examination cases

The Constitutional Court (MK) held a hearing to pronounce decisions on 22 cases of material examination petitions. Chief Justice Suhartoyo (third from the right) led the session for the pronouncement of the ruling at the Constitutional Court Building in Jakarta on Tuesday (12/5/2026). Among other things, the MK decided to reject the material examination of Law Number 3 of 2022 on the State Capital (UU IKN), Law Number 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code, and Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
