Conference on E-TDMA

JAKARTA (JP): Telecommunications operator PT Ratelindo will
hold an international user forum on GMH-200 E-TDMA (Extended Time
Division Multiple Access) here on July 22 in cooperation with
Hughes Network Systems of the United States.

Ratelindo said here yesterday that the forum, to be opened by
Director General of Post and Telecommunications Djakaria
Purawidjaja, would involve telecommunications operators from
worldwide GMH-2000 E-TDMA.

E-TDMA technology is a very high capacity wireless solution
allowing cost effectiveness equal to that of wire lines. (icn)
