Concrete Transport Truck Overturns on Jagorawi Toll Road, Spilling Cargo

A traffic accident involving a concrete transport truck occurred on the Jagorawi Toll Road, Km 34, in Bogor, West Java. The truck overturned, causing its cargo to spill across the road.

“The contributing factor was a lack of anticipation,” stated the Jagorawi Toll Road PJR Officer, Police Commissioner Akhmad Jajuli, on Tuesday (1/9/2026).

He stated that the incident occurred at approximately 00:10 WIB early this morning. The accident began while the truck was travelling from the direction of Jakarta towards Bogor.

“The vehicle was travelling in lane 1 when, upon reaching the scene, an unidentified capsule-type trailer struck it,” he said.

After being struck, the truck swerved and overturned on its side. Jajuli noted that the capsule trailer that struck the victim’s vehicle continued its journey.

“The final position of the vehicle was overturned on its side, with the right wheel facing upwards, positioned between lanes 1 and 2, facing east,” he added.

He confirmed that there were no fatalities in the accident. Officers subsequently moved to evacuate the vehicle and clear the cargo scattered across the road.
