I appreciate traffic police who have taken stern measures
against traffic violators in the Traffic Control Zone, in line
with the new traffic law.

Still young in age, the on duty policemen never want to
compromise with the violators, but retain their drivers' licenses
and enter the fines into their fine book. This indicates that the
police, as law enforcers, now really want to improve their image.

Unfortunately, there are still many policemen, particularly
those working in Police Precinct Offices, Police Sub-Precinct
Offices and numerous police posts, who have yet to be imbued by
sincerity and boldness in their job. They try to trap the
motorists in order to extort some money from them or make a
compromise with the motorists.
