Complete List of Fuel Prices for Pertamina, Shell, and Vivo as of 1 October 2026

Fuel prices at several petrol stations across Indonesia remained relatively stable on Thursday (1/10/2026). Pertamina has maintained the price of Pertalite at Rp 10,000 per litre and Pertamax at Rp 15,950 per litre in the DKI Jakarta region and several other areas.

Fuel prices at private petrol stations have also not undergone significant changes. Shell continues to sell Shell V-Power Diesel at Rp 25,420 per litre, while Vivo has set Revvo 92 at Rp 16,130 per litre, Revvo 95 at Rp 19,330 per litre, and Diesel Primus at Rp 25,420 per litre.

This stability occurs even as global crude oil prices strengthened during the final trades of September. Reuters reported that oil prices rose by approximately US$1 per barrel on Wednesday (30/9/2026), following the stalling of US-Iran peace talks and tightening conditions in the US fuel market.

Brent contracts for November delivery closed up 91 cents, or 0.9 per cent, to $103.50 per barrel. Meanwhile, the more active December Brent contract rose by US$1.87, or 1.9 per cent, to $98.03 per barrel.

US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude closed up US$1.04, or 1.2 per cent, to $90.42 per barrel. With these increases, Brent recorded a gain of approximately 14 per cent throughout September, while WTI rose by about 5 per cent.

Regarding Pertamina’s pricing, based on monitoring of prices effective 1 October, Pertamina has not yet made adjustments to non-subsidised fuel prices. These prices still refer to the regulations in place since the beginning of September 2026.

In the DKI Jakarta region, Pertalite is priced at Rp 10,000 per litre, while Biosolar, as a subsidised fuel, is set at Rp 6,800 per litre.

In the non-subsidised category, Pertamax is sold at Rp 15,950 per litre. Pertamax Turbo is priced at Rp 19,600 per litre, Pertamax Green 95 at Rp 19,150 per litre, Dexlite at Rp 23,700 per litre, and Pertamina Dex at Rp 25,200 per litre.

Pertamina prices in other regions may vary due to differences in the Regional Fuel Tax (PBBKB). Based on information effective 1 October, Pertamax, for example, is around Rp 15,150 per litre in the Batam FTZ area, Rp 16,300 per litre in several parts of Sumatra and Eastern Indonesia, and Rp 16,650 per litre in several parts of Sumatra and Kalimantan.
