Complete Guide: How to Easily Create an SSCASN Account for the 2026 CASN Selection
For citizens intending to participate in the selection for Civil Servant Candidates (CASN), whether for CPNS or PPPK formations, the first mandatory step is to create an account on the official SSCASN (Civil Servant Candidate Selection System) portal via sscasn.bkn.go.id. This account serves as the primary access point for applicants to register, upload documents, and view selection results. Below is a step-by-step guide to registering an account correctly.
Before starting the registration process, ensure you have prepared the following digital documents (scanned in the specified format):
National Identity Card (KTP) or a certificate from the Dukcapil (Population and Civil Registration Office).
Family Card (KK).
A passport-sized photo with a red background.
A selfie as per the requirements specified on the portal.
The registration process is conducted online through the official BKN website. Follow these stages:
Open the sscasn.b1kn.go.id website using a browser on your computer or mobile device.
Click the ‘Daftar’ (Register) menu in the top right corner of the page.
Enter your NIK (National Identity Number) and Family Card Number in accordance with your population data.
