Complete Files, Two Bribers of Depok District Court Judge to Be Tried Soon
The KPK has completed its investigation into Trisnadi Yulrisman, the Director of PT Karabha Digdaya, and Berliana Tri Kusuma, the Head of Corporate Legal at PT Karabha Digdaya, as the bribers of judges at the Depok District Court (PN Depok). Both are set to be tried soon.
“Today, Thursday (16/4), KPK public prosecutors (JPU) have handed over the case of the briber of the Depok District Court judge, namely Trisnadi Yulrisman as the Director of PT Karabha Digdaya and Berliana Tri Kusuma as the Head of Corporate Legal at PT Karabha Digdaya,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters on Thursday (16/4/2026).
Trisnadi’s detention has been moved to the Kebon Waru Detention Centre, while Berliana’s is at the Bandung women’s detention centre. Budi stated that the transfers are to facilitate the trial process.
“Next, the JPU team will await the trial schedule determination from the Bandung District Court (PN Bandung). With the case entering the trial stage, the public can later monitor and observe every fact that emerges in the trial in full and complete detail,” he said.
This case originated from a KPK sting operation (OTT). The KPK then named I Wayan Eka Mariarta, along with the inactive Deputy Chief of PN Depok, Bambang Setyawan, and Depok District Court bailiff Yohansyah as suspects in the bribery for handling a land dispute. They were arrested in an OTT marked by a chase.
Here is the list of the suspects’ identities:
I Wayan Eka Mariarta (EKA) as the Chief Judge of the Depok District Court (PN Depok);
Bambang Setyawan (BBG) as the Deputy Chief of PN Depok;
Yohansyah Maruanaya (YOH) as a bailiff at PN Depok;
Trisnadi Yulrisman (TRI) as the Director of PT KD;
Berliana Tri Kusuma (BER) as the Head of Corporate Legal at PT KD.
Eka and Bambang are alleged to have demanded a fee of Rp 1 billion for handling the case. In addition to the alleged bribery case, Bambang has been charged as a suspect in alleged gratification. He is suspected of receiving gratification from foreign exchange conversion deposits worth Rp 2.5 billion from PT DMV during the 2025-2026 period.
