Complete Dua after the Dhuha Prayer: Arabic, Latin and Meaning

DOA after the Dhuha prayer is a supplication recited after performing the Dhuha prayer, which contains a request to Allah SWT for blessed sustenance, ease in life, and goodness in this world and the Hereafter. This supplication is usually recited as a form of gratitude and hope after performing the Sunnah prayer in the morning.

Arabic text

Latin transliteration

Allāhumma innad dhuḥā’a dhuḥā’uka, wal bahā’a bahā’uka, wal jamāla jamāluka, wal quwwata quwwatuka, wal qudrata qudratuka, wal ’iṣmata ’iṣmatuka. Allāhumma in kāna rizqī fis-samā’i fa anzilhu, wa in kāna fil-ardhi fa akhrijhu, wa in kāna ba‘īdan fa qarribhu, wa in kāna qarīban fa yassirhu, wa in kāna qalīlan fa kaththirhu, wa in kāna kathīran fa bārik lī fīh.

Translation

“O Allah, indeed the forenoon time is Your time, beauty is Your beauty, strength is Your strength, and dominion is Your dominion. O Allah, if my sustenance is in the heavens, send it down; if in the earth, bring it forth; if far, bring it near; if near, make it easy; if little, increase it; and if it is a lot, bless me in it.”

Dua after the Dhuha prayer is a supplication for abundant sustenance, blessings, and ease in life. Reciting it with sincerity and regularity can be a very good practice each morning. (Z-4)
