Complete Conference League Results: Fiorentina and Crystal Palace Reach the Round of 16

The second leg of the UEFA Conference League (UECL) playoff for the round of 16 delivered some intense matches.

Fiorentina almost suffered an upset when they hosted Jagiellonia Bialystok at the Artemio Franchi Stadium on Thursday, February 26th, 2026. Fiorentina entered the match with a 3-0 lead from the first leg. However, the away team managed to surprise the hosts.

Bartosz Mazurek scored two goals in the first half, in the 23rd minute and in injury time. After the break, Fiorentina substituted Luca Lezzerini with David de Gea.

Three minutes after coming on, De Gea conceded another goal, with Mazurek scoring his third. The score remained 3-0 until the end of regulation time, making the aggregate score 3-3, and the match went into extra time.

The match ended with a 2-4 victory for the away team. Despite the loss, Fiorentina still advanced with an aggregate score of 5-4.

In another match, Crystal Palace won 2-0 against HŠK Zrinjski Mostar. Goals from Maxence Lacroix and Evann Guessand ensured that the English side advanced with an aggregate score of 3-1.

These results ensured that Crystal Palace, along with Fiorentina and six other teams from the playoff stage, would progress to the round of 16.

The draw for the Conference League round of 16 is scheduled for Friday, February 27th, 2026. The first leg of the knockout phase will be played on March 12th, while the second leg will be held seven days later.
