Complaint settled

I refer to my letter which was published in The Jakarta Post on Oct. 28, 2000.

I am pleased to advise that my complaints about the quality of my reception have since been addressed by Mr. Sutopo of Kabelvision and the reception is now clear.

Thank you also for the complimentary sunshade which we have received.
