Complaint on Garuda

Welcome aboard! Garuda Flight 664 due to leave Jakarta on Dec.
25 at 15.15 was not to depart until 16.45, compliments of the
very diligent national airline...Of course, passengers were on
board and dutifully greeted by the crew, but left steaming on the
tarmac due to the "occasional" failure of the AC system.

First the captain was to apologize for the late arrival of the
manifest, then the late arrival of some incoming international
passengers (who actually never materialized, if they ever
existed), then for some unexpected "cargo," then....all of you
who have been flying this lovely airline got the answer to the
last part of the riddle..."technical problems." They were finally
fixed -- we hope -- but then the generators to start the engines
again were nowhere to be found.

Last but not least, on Jan. 1, our Garuda 683 flight was
supposed to leave Denpasar for Jakarta at 16.45, it did not
depart till 19.30. If Sempati can fly on time, why can't Garuda?
