Procedures to buy commercial explosives

1. Recommendation letter from district administration and police. 2. Recommendation letter from ministry that oversees buyers. 3. Holding license to possess, stockpile and control commercial explosives (P3 license), issued by the Intelligence Agency (BaIntelkam) of the National Police. 4. Holding license to purchase and to use explosives (P2), issued by BaIntelkam. 5. Buyers have to submit the copy of the P2 license during the purchase of explosives. 6. Suppliers have to check the validity of the license with the police or BaIntelkam, before making transaction.
