Company Celebrates Anniversary Alongside Pancasila Day

A special moment arrives every 1st of June for the extended family of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM). On this day, all PNM employees commemorate two significant milestones simultaneously: the Birth of Pancasila and PNM’s 27th anniversary.

The Pancasila Day commemoration ceremony, attended by approximately 2,700 PNM employees, took place at GOR Soemantri, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Carrying the theme “Pancasila as the Unifier of the Nation, the Foundation of World Peace”, the spirit aligns with the company’s mission and role in supporting millions of underprivileged people.

PNM President Director, Kindaris, called upon all PNM personnel to continue providing services based on social justice. Furthermore, he emphasised ensuring equal opportunities for small groups and ensuring that no community feels left behind in the development process.

“PNM’s future tasks will certainly be more challenging, but with strong determination and sustainable synergy, we will certainly be able to provide financing and empowerment that delivers greater benefits,” said Kindaris in a press release in Jakarta on Tuesday (2/6/2026).

According to Kindaris, the company possesses a philosophy that serves as a compass in expanding access to financing and empowerment for communities in various corners of the country. This year, he added, that spirit is being further strengthened following the change in ownership of Series A Dual-Class Shares, which restores PNM’s status as a state-owned enterprise (Persero).
