PT PLN (Persero) supports the government’s Work From Home (WFH) policy by maintaining the reliability of electricity supply and providing various electricity services through PLN Mobile.

As WFH is implemented, work activities from home increase. The use of electronic devices such as laptops, room coolers, and other supporting devices becomes more intensive, thus increasing electricity power needs.

Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications & TJSL PLN, Gregorius Adi Trianto, said that the increase in home activities during WFH drives greater electricity power needs.

“The use of electronic devices while working from home is more intensive and lasts longer, so electricity power needs also increase. Customers can adjust these needs through the power addition service available in PLN Mobile in a practical manner,” said Gregorius.

He added that PLN Mobile also provides various electricity services in one application, from power addition to other services.

“Besides power addition, customers can also make electricity bill payments, token purchases, new installation applications, to independent meter recording in one application,” said Gregorius.

To apply for power addition, customers simply open the PLN Mobile application, select the Power Change and Migration menu, enter the Customer ID or meter number, complete the data, and continue the process until payment. This process can be monitored directly through the application.

In addition, if there are electricity issues, customers can also submit complaints through the PLN Mobile application by opening the Complaint menu, completing the report details, including photos and descriptions, and selecting the arrival time for technicians.

“In one application, customers can manage their electricity needs more easily and practically according to daily activities,” said Gregorius.
