Colonel Didin Nasrudin Darsono Called by President Prabowo After 2026 Pancasila Day Ceremony

The commander of the 81st Pancasila Day ceremony on Monday, 1 June 2026, drew public attention after being personally summoned by President Prabowo Subianto following the state ceremony. The Indonesian Army officer in question is Colonel Didin Nasrudin Darsono.

The summons occurred shortly before President Prabowo left the ceremony podium at the Pancasila Building grounds in the Foreign Ministry, Central Jakarta. In front of ceremony attendees, Prabowo praised the orderly and smooth proceedings.

‘Thank you for the well-executed ceremony; the commander, please step forward,’ Prabowo said after receiving the ceremony report on Monday, 1 June 2026.

2001 Military Academy Graduate from Sidoarjo

Colonel Didin Nasrudin Darsono is a 2001 graduate of the Military Academy (Akmil). He was born in Sidoarjo, East Java, on 5 July 1979.

His military career has been lengthy within the Indonesian Army, particularly in territorial units. He has held various strategic positions during his service.

Currently, Colonel Didin serves as the Territorial Section Chief of Korem 163/Wirasatya Bali, a role he assumed after previously serving as Commander of Surabaya’s Military District (Dandim 0830).

Colonel Didin’s experience in leading territorial units is evident from several key positions he has held across various regions.

Formerly served as Blitar Military District Commander and Surakarta Military District Chief of Staff.

Before his current role, Colonel Didin served as Commander of Blitar Military District (Dandim 0808).

He also held the position of Chief of Staff for Surakarta Military District (Kasdim 0735), demonstrating his track record in leadership and territorial development within the Indonesian Army.
