Bank Mandiri (BMRI) realised the payment of its interim dividend for the 2026 fiscal year at Rp66 per share, or approximately Rp6.16 trillion, on Friday (2/10/2026). The dividend distribution coincides with the bank’s 28th anniversary, which carries the theme “Growing Together to Advance Indonesia.”

With this payment, Bank Mandiri’s total dividends throughout the 2026 calendar year have reached approximately Rp50.63 trillion. This amount consists of the dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp44.47 trillion and the interim dividend for the 2026 fiscal year of Rp6.16 trillion.

“The payment of the interim dividend, coinciding with Bank Mandiri’s 28th anniversary, serves as a moment for us to appreciate the trust of our shareholders, including retail investors,” stated the Director of Finance & Strategy of Bank Mandiri, Novita Widya Anggraini, in an official statement (2/10/2026).

The decision also reflects management’s confidence in the fundamentals and business prospects of Bank Mandiri, which remain strong, supported by solid intermediation performance.

On a bank-only basis, credit disbursement up to August 2026 grew by 17.6 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rp1,592 trillion. This credit growth was supported by Third-Party Funds (DPK), which increased by 17.6 per cent YoY to Rp1,687 trillion.

During the same period, total assets reached Rp2,358 trillion, representing a 20.7 per cent YoY growth, while net profit increased by 2ly.3 per cent YoY to Rp37.5 trillion.

Asset quality remains well-maintained, as reflected by a gross Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio of 1.00 per cent, with an NPL coverage of 240.6 per cent. This achievement demonstrates that business growth continues to be conducted healthily and based on the principle of prudence.

“At 28 years of age, we want Bank Mandiri’s growth to continue providing results that can be felt by all members of society while strengthening trust in Bank Mandiri. We realise the spirit of ‘Growing Together to Advance Indonesia’ by maintaining performance, improving services for customers, and expanding our contribution to the national economy as a form of appreciation to our shareholders,” concluded Novita.
