The decision to use the 2025 fiscal year profit as retained earnings was taken with great care, according to the company.
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Crypto asset investment holding company PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk (COIN) has approved the use of its net profit for the 2025 fiscal year as retained earnings and general reserves to strengthen the company’s business fundamentals.
The decision was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 fiscal year in Jakarta on Monday.
“The decision to use the 2025 fiscal year profit as retained earnings was taken with great care,” said COIN President Director Ade Wahyu in an official statement.
He said the cash would serve as an important provision for the company to maintain liquidity, strengthen the infrastructure of its subsidiaries, and ensure operational resilience.
The RUPST approved all agenda items, including the use of net profit as retained earnings and general reserves.
Ade said the decision was also directed at strengthening the infrastructure of two COIN subsidiaries, namely PT Central Finansial X (CFX) and PT Kustodian Koin Indonesia (ICC).
“We chose to prioritise long-term business fundamentals for the creation of sustainable value for all shareholders,” he said.
In addition to the use of profits, the RUPST also approved changes to the composition of the company’s Board of Commissioners.
The meeting approved the resignation of Silvano Winston Rumantir as Commissioner and appointed Aaron Ang Nio as the new Commissioner.
Ade expressed appreciation for the dedication and contribution of Silvano Winston Rumantir during his tenure as Commissioner and welcomed Aaron Ang Nio to the Board of Commissioners.
He said the refreshment is expected to bring a new perspective to strengthen the supervisory function, governance, and sustainable growth of COIN.
“We believe his new perspective will further strengthen the supervisory function and the implementation of good governance within the company,” he said.
With this decision, the composition of COIN’s Board of Commissioners consists of John A. Prasetio as President Commissioner concurrently serving as Independent Commissioner, and Aaron Ang Nio as Commissioner. Meanwhile, the composition of COIN’s Board of Directors consists of Ade Wahyu as President Director, Adri P. Martowardojo as Director, and Abraham Ardian Nawawi as Director.
The RUPST also approved the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements of the company, as well as the Supervisory Duty Report of the Board of Commissioners for the 2025 fiscal year.
In addition, the company also presented the report on the realisation of the use of funds from the public offering as of 31 December 2025.
