COIN Focuses on Strengthening Long-Term Business Fundamentals
PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk (COIN) has affirmed its focus on strengthening long-term business fundamentals amidst the dynamics of the crypto asset industry. This strategy is pursued through capital reinforcement, corporate governance, and operational infrastructure to maintain sustainable growth.
This commitment was a key point during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 financial year held in Jakarta on Monday (15/6/2026). During the meeting, shareholders approved all agendas proposed by management.
One of the important decisions taken was the allocation of the 2025 net profit as retained earnings and general reserves. This step was taken to strengthen the capital structure while supporting business development needs amid fluctuating market conditions.
President Director of PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk, Ade Wahyu, stated that the company chose to prioritise business resilience and long-term value creation over short-term profit distribution. “The decision to use the 2025 financial year profit as retained earnings was taken with great caution. We view this cash as an important provision to maintain liquidity, strengthen the infrastructure of our subsidiaries, and ensure the Company remains resilient in facing market dynamics. We chose to prioritise long-term business fundamentals for sustainable value creation for all shareholders,” said Ade in a press release on Monday (15/6/2026).
According to him, the funds will be used to strengthen the infrastructure of two COIN subsidiaries, namely PT Central Finansial X (CFX) and PT Kustodian Koin Indonesia (ICC), while maintaining the company’s operational flexibility in facing the development of the digital asset industry.
In addition to capital strengthening, COIN also refreshed its corporate supervisory level. The RUPST approved the resignation of Silvano Winston Rumantir from the position of Commissioner and appointed Aaron Ang Nio as the new Commissioner. Ade stated that this change is expected to strengthen the supervisory function and the implementation of good corporate governance in line with the Company’s business development.
With this change, the composition of COIN’s Board of Commissioners consists of John A. Prasetio as President Commissioner concurrently serving as Independent Commissioner, and Aaron Ang Nio as Commissioner. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors remains led by Ade Wahyu as President Director, together with Adri P. Martowardojo and Abraham Ardian Nawawi as Directors.
Furthermore, the RUPST also approved the annual report and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 financial year, the supervisory duty report of the Board of Commissioners, and accepted the report on the realisation of the use of public offering proceeds as of 31 December 2025.
