JAKARTA - Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia), through PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (PT CCBI) and PT Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (PT CCDI), signed the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB) for 2026–2028 at the Bekasi 1 factory in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency, West Java.

This was done to realise the fulfilment of the company’s and employees’ rights and obligations in a fair manner, referring to the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and the principles of Human Rights.

CCEP Indonesia President Director Xavi Selga stated that this moment marks an important milestone in achieving a joint agreement between management and workers regarding the rights and obligations of both parties, while strengthening the foundation of a harmonious, fair, and just industrial relationship.

He explained that this moment also serves as an important step in strengthening a culture of mutual respect and encouraging sustainable improvement.

“We thank the Workers’ Union for the constructive dialogue that has taken place,” he added.

He further noted that the renewal of the PKB for the 2026–2028 period went through a series of comprehensive stages, starting from the verification of the Workers’ Union/Labour Union within CCEP Indonesia, pre-negotiations, to intensive negotiations that took place in three stages. The entire series was then concluded with the finalisation of the PKB draft in March 2026.

CCEP Indonesia People & Culture Director Mathilda Lumantobing stated that the signing of the PKB is an important moment that reflects the spirit of collaboration between the company and workers in building a harmonious and sustainable industrial relationship.

Mathilda added that this signing momentum is an important step for CCEP Indonesia in strengthening the partnership between management and the workers’ union.

“The company believes that a harmonious, dynamic, and fair industrial relationship is one of the important foundations in supporting business sustainability,” she said.

Furthermore, the signing of this PKB also reaffirms the commitment to strengthening the role in creating a skilled and competitive workforce.

In line with this, CCEP Indonesia continues to focus on developing the capacity, competence, skills, and leadership of employees across all organisational lines through various ongoing human resource development programmes.

The signing ceremony was carried out directly by CCEP Indonesia President Director Xavi Selga together with representatives of the Workers’ Union/Labour Union within the company.

As a note, the PKB for the 2026–2028 period will take effect from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028, serving as a joint guideline in maintaining a productive, safe, and positive work climate for all employees and supporting the company’s business sustainability.
