Coal Company Distributes Rp1 Trillion in Dividends
PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 financial year on Monday (15/6), resulting in a number of strategic decisions, ranging from a large cash dividend distribution to a significant overhaul of the company’s managerial ranks. One of the main points of the meeting was the determination of the use of the company’s net profit, which trades under the stock code BSSR. “Shareholders approved the distribution of a final cash dividend for the 2025 financial year amounting to US$70 million, or approximately Rp1 trillion. This dividend will be distributed to the owners of 2,616,500,000 issued and fully paid shares,” said BSSR President Director Widada in his statement. In addition to the dividend policy, the RUPST approved changes to the composition of the board of commissioners and directors. The company accepted the resignations of Jinendra Vardhaman Patil and Jeong Woo Yoo from their commissioner seats, as well as Kamlesh Kumar (Vice President Director) and Sangwon Lee (Director). As replacements, the meeting appointed Anjali Pandey and Seok Chul Sohn as new commissioners. Meanwhile, within the board of directors, Rajesh Daga was appointed as Vice President Director and Dongho Lee as Director to serve the remainder of the term until 2027. Regarding the ownership structure, the company reaffirmed the shareholder composition to be reported to the Ministry of Law, namely PT Wahana Sentosa Cemerlang as the majority shareholder with 50.001% ownership, while the remaining 49.999% is held by the public.
