CNAF to Distribute IDR 129 Billion in Dividends
PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Tbk. (CNAF) will distribute cash dividends amounting to IDR 129 billion, or 40% of CIMB Niaga Finance’s net profit for the 2025 fiscal year. This dividend has been agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). Throughout 2025, CNAF recorded a net profit of IDR 322.75 billion. This profit achievement stems from revenue of IDR 2.23 trillion, marking a 9.31% increase compared to IDR 2.04 trillion in 2024. This growth was driven by a 6.04% rise in total assets to IDR 11.46 trillion, as well as a 3.93% growth in Total Assets Under Management to IDR 13.66 trillion. CIMB Niaga Finance’s President Director, Ristiawan, stated that 2025 was a challenging period amid the slowing growth of the financing industry in that year. CNAF has recorded total new financing disbursements for 2025 at IDR 9.25 trillion. “This is evidenced by the increase in our motor vehicle financing market share to 6.11%, which is also reflected in the 3.93% growth of the Company’s assets under management,” said Ristiawan in his statement on Tuesday (7/4/2026).
