JAKARTA - PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rp 129 billion from its 2025 fiscal year net profit. The dividend value is equivalent to 40% of the company’s net profit, which reached Rp 322.75 billion. CNAF President Director Ristiawan stated that this decision reflects the company’s financial performance, which remains stable amid the dynamics of the financing industry. 2025 was a period full of challenges. The company still recorded revenue of Rp 2.23 trillion, a 9.31% increase compared to the previous year. The growth was supported by a 6.04% rise in total assets to Rp 11.46 trillion. Assets under management also increased by 3.93% to Rp 13.66 trillion. “2025 was a challenging year; CNAF strives to maintain positive performance despite market contraction,” he said in a written statement, quoted on Wednesday (8/4/2026). This achievement has driven the motor vehicle financing market share to 6.11%. The increase is also reflected in the 3.93% growth in assets under management. “One of CNAF’s main achievements in 2025 is success in maintaining a balance between growth and quality,” he added. Ristiawan stated that business prospects for 2026 are still being maintained. The company will develop its business sustainably while continuing to prioritise prudence. “We are optimistic that the company’s business prospects in 2026 will improve further, despite macroeconomic challenges and automotive industry challenges amid global geopolitical conditions,” he said.
