CKL Cargo Highlights Human Capital Development as Key to Business Growth
PT CKL Indonesia Raya (CKL Cargo) has stated that human resource (HR) development and work culture have become a key focus for the company alongside the growth of its logistics business over the past decade. This approach is being pursued in tandem with service expansion, increased operational capacity, and the adoption of technology.
Over 10 years of operation, CKL Cargo has developed logistics services covering air, land, and sea freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. The company has also expanded its operational network and increased distribution capacity to serve customer needs.
Director of PT CKL Indonesia Raya, Santo Setiawan, said the company’s growth is inseparable from the contributions of employees who support operations across various regions. “We are grateful to see CKL Cargo grow into an increasingly strong company, but our greatest achievement is truly the CKL family that has grown together with the company,” Santo said in a statement on Monday (27/7/2026).
According to Santo, family support contributes to employee performance. On this basis, the company held the CKL F.A.N. Fest (Family Appreciation Night Festival) at the Sasana Kriya Building, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta, attended by more than 1,200 employees, family members, business partners, and sponsors. “We organised this event for the entire CKL-liance and their families. We want to convey that the company’s success is our shared success. Support from home, prayers, patience, and family sacrifices have played a very significant role in CKL Cargo’s journey to this day,” he stated.
Santo said the company also strives to maintain relationships among employees as the business develops. “We believe that a healthy company is not only one that grows in business terms, but also one that is able to maintain human relationships within it.”
In addition to developing HR, CKL Cargo is expanding operational facilities, increasing service capacity, strengthening distribution systems, and developing technology to support logistics service efficiency. The company plans to hold the CKL F.A.N. Fest periodically as an appreciation activity for employees. The event will also involve creative industry players, communities, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and business partners.
CKL Cargo stated it will continue developing logistics services through increased operational capacity, technology utilisation, and strengthened cooperation with business partners.
