Ciwandan Port Implements Service Standards for Users
Commemorating National Customer Day 2026, Pelindo Regional 2 Banten is committed to providing excellent service to users at Ciwandan Port. This commitment is reflected through port services that are fast, adaptive, and responsive to the needs of service users.
This excellent service is realised through the implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Guarantees (SLG) as standards for providing services to users. Through these standards, every service process, ranging from vessel berthing and loading/unloading to administrative services, has measurable time targets and service standards.
The Acting General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Banten, Achmad Yoga Suryadarma, stated that the implementation of SLA and SLG is a vital part of maintaining service quality at Ciwandan Port. According to him, measurable service standards help Pelindo Banten provide process certainty to service users.
“We strive to provide services that have clear standards and benefits that can be felt by users. Through Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Guarantees (SLG), every service process has a measurable target so that the needs of service users can be handled precisely and in accordance with the established standards,” said Achmad Yoga Suryadarma.
In addition to establishing service standards, Pelindo Regional 2 Banten also provides space for customers to provide feedback through the Voice of Customer (VoC) mechanism. This feedback is part of Pelindo Banten’s efforts to better understand the needs and experiences of service users, ensuring that services can continue to be adjusted to the dynamic needs in the field.
Ciwandan Port recorded a 15.21% increase in vessel volume and a 10.73% increase in cargo flow during the first semester of 2026, driven by the efficiency of dry and liquid bulk services. The excellent service implemented focuses not only on operational smoothness but also on service certainty for users. Pelindo Regional 2 Banten is optimising Ciwandan Port with SLA & SLG standards to accelerate national logistics and support the bulk industry in Banten.
