Traffic at the Pusat Grosir Cililitan (PGC) intersection in Cililitan, East Jakarta, was observed to be smooth at 06:40 WIB on Friday (10/4/2026). Today marks the first day of implementing work from home (WFH) for civil servants (ASN) every Friday. Based on observations, vehicle flow on Jalan Raya Bogor from Pasar Rebo towards Cililitan was running smoothly. Nevertheless, there were several points of slowdown due to remnants of excavations and road intersections. However, no long queues of traffic were seen from Pasar Rebo towards Cililitan. Similar conditions were observed in the opposite direction. Traffic flow was monitored as smooth without congestion, although there was a brief slowdown caused by a rubbish truck collecting waste in front of Pasar Kramat Jati. Meanwhile, vehicle flow on Jalan Raya Bogor towards Jalan Dewi Sartika was also observed to be busy but smooth, with no congestion visible. Similar conditions occurred on Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo from Cililitan towards Jatinegara. Smoothness was also seen in the opposite direction, from Jatinegara towards Cililitan. Previously, Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung officially established new guidelines for implementing WFH for civil servants (ASN) every Friday. The regulation is contained in the Governor of DKI Jakarta’s Circular Letter (SE) Number 3/SE/2026, signed on 6 April 2026. In the SE, WFH implementation is carried out every Friday with a proportion of employees between 25 percent and 50 percent in each work unit. The application is done selectively, adjusted to the type of work and service needs.
