Civil Servants Required to Report Assets and Wealth, Today is the Final Day!
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has once again reminded all state apparatus to promptly fulfil their obligation to submit the 2025 State Apparatus Wealth Report (LHKAN) before the deadline expires today, 30 April 2026.
This reminder refers to the Minister of PANRB’s Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023 on the Submission of LHKAN, which mandates all active state apparatus in government agencies to periodically report their assets and wealth as a commitment to transparency and accountability.
“For state organisers and certain positions that have been designated, reporting is conducted through the State Organiser Wealth Report (LHKPN). Meanwhile, state apparatus outside those categories are still required to submit LHKAN by attaching Electronic Proof of Receipt of Annual Tax Notification Letter (SPT),” stated the Ministry of PANRB in its announcement, quoted on Thursday (30/4/2026).
The Ministry of PANRB emphasises that the submission of LHKAN is a strategic instrument in supporting clean, professional, and integrity-based government governance. Compliance in this reporting also plays an important role in driving the success of bureaucratic reform implementation across all government agencies.
“In addition, the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) or designated work units have a crucial role in ensuring the reporting compliance rate in each agency. The monitoring results must be submitted through the LHKAN Submission Form no later than 30 April 2026 via the official website portalrb.menpan.go.id,” wrote the Ministry of PANRB.
With the time becoming increasingly limited, the Ministry of PANRB urges all those required to report not to delay the submission of LHKAN. Timeliness not only reflects compliance with regulations but also demonstrates real commitment to building a culture of integrity in the bureaucratic environment.
Through orderly and accountable reporting, it is hoped that public trust in state apparatus will increase, while strengthening the image of a clean, transparent government oriented towards public services.
