Civil Servants Participating in Reserve Component Training Undergo Combat Simulation
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Students of the Reserve Component (Komcad), consisting of civil servants (ASN) from various ministries, participated in a combat simulation as part of the Basic Combat Techniques Field Practice, on Thursday (May 15th).
A press release from the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) in Jakarta, on Friday, stated that the activity was part of the training program for civil servants to become members of the Reserve Component.
The Head of the Public Information Service of the Indonesian Air Force (Kadispenau), Air Marshal TNI I Nyoman Suadnyana, said that the training was organized by Wing Pendidikan 300 and held in the Tigin Priyatna shooting range area of the Atang Sendjaja Air Base, Bogor, West Java.
“This field practice aims to improve basic military skills, build camaraderie, and instill a sense of discipline, responsibility, and loyalty as part of the National Reserve Component,” said Nyoman.
He explained that the students practiced various materials related to basic combat techniques, such as tactical movement, self-defense techniques, teamwork, and procedures for dealing with situations in the field.
The entire series of activities was guided by professional instructors and trainers to ensure that the participants understood the material.
He added that, despite being carried out in challenging field conditions, the students still showed high enthusiasm and dedication during the training.
Through this activity, Nyoman hopes that all Komcad ASN students will have the necessary mental and physical readiness, as well as good basic skills, to support the task of defending the country.
