Civil Servants Excluded from 2026 Thirteenth Salary: Eligibility Criteria

The disbursement of the 2026 thirteenth salary is eagerly anticipated by millions of civil servants (ASN). According to official announcements, payments will commence no earlier than 2 June 2026.

However, Government Regulation (PP) No. 9 of 2026 on Holiday Allowance and Thirteenth Salary explicitly stipulates certain employee categories ineligible for this payment.

Article 8 of PP No. 9/2026 states that the thirteenth salary will not be granted to civil servants (PNS), TNI personnel, and Polri personnel in the following categories:
