Civil Servant Reserve Component Training to Begin in April 2026, 987 Have Registered
The first wave of training for civil servants (ASN) as reserve components (Komcad) will begin in April this year.
The Head of the Defence Information Bureau (Karo Infohan) of the Ministry of Defence’s Secretariat General, Brigadier General TNI Rico Ricardo Sirait, stated that out of the 2,000 ASN quota prepared for the first wave, currently only 987 ASN have registered.
“Regarding the first wave of Komcad ASN training, as of today, the number of ASN who have registered is 987 out of the 2,000 participants allocated,” Rico told ANTARA in Jakarta, Thursday.
Rico said that the 987 ASN came from ministries located in the Jakarta area and its surroundings.
Later, Rico added, the 2,000 ASN will become the first wave of Komcad groups who will undergo training in April 2026.
Then, the second wave of training will be held in mid-2026 with the same number of participants.
“In total, there are 4,000 quotas that the Ministry of Defence has provided,” said Rico.
Rico continued, the ASN who will undergo training as Komcad will go through various requirements and strict selections. One of the requirements is that it is not compulsory but voluntary.
He hopes that with this training, all ASN will have the same spirit and sense of nationalism to serve the community and the country.
