Cityview operates oil field

SYDNEY (Reuter): Perth-based Cityview Investments Ltd. said
its wholly-owned subsidiary Western Resources NL had become
operator of the Sangkimah oil field in northeast Kalimantan,
Indonesia.

This was through a technical assistance contract with
Pertamina, the Indonesian state owned oil and gas company,
effective Nov. 17.

Cityview has an 87.5 percent interest in the technical
assistance contract covering the Sangkimah field.
