Citroën readies after-sales service for Eid 2026 homecoming travel
Jakarta — The official distributor of Citroën in Indonesia has prepared a special after-sales service programme to support Eid 2026 homecoming travel, including vehicle maintenance discounts and standby repair workshops in several cities along major homecoming routes.
The programme, run by PT Indomobil National Distributor, aims to help vehicle owners prepare their cars before undertaking long-distance travel during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr period.
Ferdinan Hendra, Head of Sales and Marketing at Citroën Indonesia, stated that vehicle readiness is a critical factor in homecoming journeys that typically involve long distances and high vehicle usage.
He explained that the service programme consists of two stages. The first stage is pre-journey vehicle inspection running from 2–14 March 2026, offering spare parts discounts up to 25 per cent.
The inspection focuses on several key vehicle components such as the braking system and suspension to ensure the vehicle is in prime condition before being used for long-distance travel.
During this period, customers can take advantage of spare parts discounts up to 20 per cent for vehicle inspections after use during the Eid holiday.
In addition, Citroën has also prepared standby workshops operating from 19–24 March 2026 in several cities that are main homecoming routes.
“We want to ensure customers can travel more comfortably and without worry,” said Ferdinan.
