CitraLand responds

With reference to the letter by Asti Husadi that was published in Kompas on July 2, 1994, we would like to give the following explanation.

We learned about the incident which caused inconvenience to the visitor from our security and parking personnel. It is our policy to pleasantly serve our customers, including the provision of large and free parking lot. In this case, the customers are supposed to park their cars according to the signs posted.

It is not our practice to deflate tires whenever the car is improperly parked. Neither do we have any intention of troubling the customer as far as parking in CitraLand is concerned.

However, we met with Ms Asti on June 30, 1994 to offer our apology. On our part, we will continue to make every effort to overcome our shortcomings in order to prevent a similar incident from occurring in the future.
