CitraGarden City unveils three-storey shophouses with rooftop lake view at Solea Terrace

CitraGarden City has unveiled Solea Terrace, a new three-storey shophouse development with a Mediterranean concept, located on Sunset Avenue in West Jakarta. General Manager Sales & Marketing, Jimmy Soh, said that Solea Terrace features a rooftop terrace with direct views of the lake and the sunset. All units overlook the lake and the main boulevard, making them ideal for lifestyle businesses such as cafes, restaurants and lounges. ‘This product is designed to meet the needs of modern businesses that prioritise functionality and experience,’ Soh said in a statement on Friday, 22 May 2026. Compared with earlier products, Solea Terrace offers significant upgrades, including a three-storey building, a standard width of five metres, and a multifunction concept in a single unit. Ancillary facilities such as double parking and an EV charging station are available to enhance visitor convenience. In terms of location, Solea Terrace is surrounded by active residential areas such as Forris Private, Lavia Living, Cluster Malta and The Forestine, supported by a captive market from Citra 8. Access to the toll road and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport also helps position Sunset Avenue as a new destination in West Jakarta. The Sunset Avenue commercial district development at CitraGarden City, including The Harbour, The Conch, The Garden and Sunset Junction, has already garnered positive market responses, strengthening Solea Terrace’s prospects.
