Citra Buana Prasida (CBPE) Adds Subsidiary to Develop Service Apartment Business

JAKARTA. PT Citra Buana Prasida Tbk (CBPE) has acquired a stake in PT Tanaya Hema Senopati to expand its business lines into the serviced apartment sector. Company Secretary Prasida Albert Karnof Purba explained that CBPE made a capital contribution of Rp 999 million to Tanaya Hema Senopati. “The purpose is to acquire shares in order to expand business activities in the serviced apartment field,” he stated in a disclosure released on 18 March 2026. “Upon completion of the capital contribution transaction, PT Tanaya Hema Senopati will become a consolidated subsidiary in CBPE’s financial statements,” he added. Albert assured that the transaction will not impact CBPE’s operational activities, legal status, financial condition, or business continuity, but will have a positive effect.
