Citi Indonesia Vows Top-Tier Service Standards, Driven by Innovation and Global Network Synergy
Jakarta – Global institutional bank Citibank Indonesia has reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing financial services and delivering exceptional results for multinational corporations, large domestic enterprises, and public sector clients. As a result of these efforts, Citi Indonesia was honoured with three accolades at the FinanceAsia Awards 2026. This year, the bank was named ‘International - Best Bank’, ‘International - Best Bank for Large Corp & MNCs’, and ‘International - Best Bank for Public Sector Clients’ at the annual awards ceremony held by FinanceAsia in Hong Kong on 25 June 2026. The awards reflect Citi Indonesia’s strong performance throughout 2025.

The awards received at the FinanceAsia Awards reaffirm Citi’s resilience and commitment to continued growth. Citi Indonesia recorded a 10% increase in Net Profit to Rp2.8 trillion, supported by a 7% rise in Net Interest Income and stable, efficient operational expenses in 2025.
