Cirebon's roads need repairs

CIREBON, West Java: Many kilometers of roads in Cirebon regency are heavily damaged, with no sign of imminent repairs.

Antara reported Tuesday that much of the damage was caused by overloaded vehicles carrying rice, cement or gravel.

At least six groups of youths in the area collect donations from passersby to conduct crude repairs. The groups increase on weekends.
