Circular on 2026 THR for OJOL Drivers and Couriers: Contents and PDF Download Link
The Government will provide a Hari Raya allowance (THR) to drivers and couriers on app-based transport services (drivers and couriers online) or OJOL. Information about THR OJOL 2026 was conveyed through the Minister of Manpower RI Circular Letter No M/4/HK.04.00/III/2026 on the Pemberian Bonus Hari Raya Keagamaan Tahun 2026 Bagi Pengemudi dan Kurir pada Layanan Angkutan Berbasis Aplikasi. Referring to the circular, THR for online drivers and couriers or OJOL is provided no later than one week before Eid al-Fitr 2026. Here are the terms for the provision of THR OJOL 2026. - Religious Holiday Bonus (BHR Keagamaan) is given by the app company to online drivers and couriers registered officially with the app in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the bonus. - The Religious Holiday Bonus is provided in cash at least 25% (twenty-five percent) of the average net income over the last 12 (twelve) months. - App companies should be transparent in calculating the amount of the Religious Holiday Bonus to drivers and online couriers. - The Religious Holiday Bonus is provided no later than 7 (seven) days before Eid al-Fitr 1447 H. - Providing the Religious Holiday Bonus does not remove welfare support for online drivers and couriers in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory laws issued by the app companies. In order to implement the 2026 religious holiday bonuses for online drivers and couriers, governors are asked to take the following steps: - Urge app companies in the governor’s region to provide the Religious Holiday Bonus to all online drivers and couriers in accordance with this circular. - Urge app companies to provide the Religious Holiday Bonus earlier than the deadline for the above. - Instruct the heads of the departments implementing labour affairs to facilitate and monitor the implementation of this circular.
