Ciputra Records Sales of Up to Rp500 Billion for Green Housing in Aerotropolis
Developer Ciputra Group recorded sales of more than Rp500 billion in February 2026 through the launch of the green-concept residential area The Forestine in CitraGarden City, West Jakarta. This achievement reflects the high interest from the public in housing that prioritises environmental quality and sustainability. General Manager of Sales & Marketing for The Forestine, Jimmy Soh, stated that market enthusiasm for the project indicates growing demand for nature-based housing concepts.
“We greatly appreciate the trust and enthusiasm of consumers towards The Forestine. The sales achievement reached in a short time shows that the housing concept prioritising area quality and a good environment receives a positive response from the public,” he said, quoted from a written statement received on Wednesday (1/4).
He explained that the area is developed with a forest living approach aligned with Green Building Council Indonesia standards through the GREENSHIP Neighborhood reference. More than 25% of the area is allocated as green open space from the total development of 14 hectares.
Approximately 3.6 hectares of it is dedicated as the main green area equipped with facilities such as a forest garden, jogging track, children’s playground, basketball court, and communal spaces to support resident interactions.
In addition, the area also presents artistic elements in the form of 11 sculptures by Hendra Gunawan displayed as an outdoor gallery, as well as the planting of more than 760 trees to strengthen the natural atmosphere of the environment. From a technological perspective, The Forestine embraces a modern housing concept with smart home features, including the use of smart door locks to enhance security and ease of access for residents.
Its location in the CitraGarden City aerotropolis area is considered a unique advantage due to its strategic access, including about five minutes to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and connectivity to several major toll roads in the West Jakarta area.
Meanwhile, Deputy General Manager of Sales & Marketing for The Forestine, Jeffrey Jie, added that market trends show increasing public awareness of the importance of a healthy living environment.
“Currently, consumers are increasingly aware of the importance of a healthy living environment. Areas with green open spaces not only provide comfort but also improve residents’ quality of life in the long term,” he explained.
He also highlighted the growing interest from the younger generation, particularly Generation Z, in home ownership. In addition to location and accessibility factors, this group now also considers environmental aspects, green open spaces, and technological support in housing.
To support sales, Ciputra Group has partnered with 18 banks to provide easy access to home ownership credit (KPR), ranging from interest rate options to flexible instalment tenors. Through this project, the company reaffirms its commitment to presenting residential areas that excel not only in design and sustainability but also provide a professional and consumer-comfort-oriented buying experience.
