Ciputra Life: SRBI as an Attractive Investment Instrument Amid Global Dynamics

Bank Indonesia (BI) is taking proactive steps to safeguard the Rupiah’s exchange rate from the impacts of geopolitical uncertainties by adjusting the market interest rate structure through an increase in the yield of Sekuritas Rupiah Bank Indonesia (SRBI) instruments. Although it does not yet hold any investments in SRBI, PT Asuransi Ciputra Indonesia (Ciputra Life) regards SRBI as one of the attractive instruments to consider for investment allocation. This is particularly relevant amid market conditions still influenced by global dynamics and exchange rate volatility. Therefore, Ciputra Life Director Listianawati Sugiyanto stated that the company does not rule out the possibility of placing investments in SRBI instruments in the future.
