Ciputra Group Launches Citra Homes Halim with Exclusive French Architectural Style Residences
Jakarta – Ciputra Group has launched Citra Homes Halim as a high-quality residential development in a strategic location in the Halim area, East Jakarta. Through a soft launching event on 18 April 2026, they introduced the inaugural cluster, namely Cluster Villandry.
Project Leader of Citra Homes Halim, Kurniawan Santosa, explained that Citra Homes Halim is designed with optimal natural lighting, good air circulation, and functional spatial layouts that can accommodate the needs of modern families.
“The development of this area features the concept of exclusive modern residences with touches of French Architecture, reflected in the characteristic building facades through arch elements and elegant architectural details,” said Kurniawan in his statement on Thursday, 23 April 2026.
He elaborated that Cluster Villandry offers five types of residences, designed for the needs of modern families. The types offered include Villandry 5 (5x12) with a land area of 60 m² and building area of 75 m², consisting of two storeys with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a carport for two cars.
Next, Villandry 6 (6x12) has a land area of 72 m² and building area of 85 m² with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two carports. For larger space needs, Villandry 7 (7x12) is available with a land area of 84 m² and building area of 107 m², equipped with four bedrooms plus one additional room, three bathrooms, and two carports.
Other types include Villandry 8 (8x12) with a land area of 96 m² and building area of 122 m², featuring four bedrooms plus one additional room, three bathrooms, and capacity for two to three cars. Meanwhile, the largest type, Villandry 8+ (8x15), has a land area of 120 m² and building area of 150 m², consisting of four bedrooms plus one additional room, four bathrooms, and a carport for up to three cars.
“On the first day of the soft launching, 243 units were fully reserved and paid with down payments by consumers,” he said.
In terms of accessibility, General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Citra Homes Halim, Michael Ade Suwanto, explained that the location offers easy access to various main infrastructure. This includes 10 minutes from Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport, 10 minutes from the TMII Toll Exit, 15 minutes from the Halim Toll Exit, 20 minutes to the Halim Whoosh High-Speed Rail Station, 15 minutes to the TMII LRT Station, and 7 minutes to the Makasar TransJakarta Bus Stop.
