Ciputra Development Posts Rp 2.66 Trillion Net Profit in 2025, Distributes Rp 667 Billion Cash Dividend

PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) is set to distribute cash dividends totalling Rp 667 billion, or Rp 36 per share, from the 202<0xC2>5 financial year to its shareholders.

CTRA President Director, Candra Ciputra, explained that the cash dividend amount is equivalent to 25.1 per cent of the company’s 2025 net profit allocation, which reached Rp 2.66 trillion, marking a 25 per cent increase from the previous year’s Rp 2.1 trillion. “This positive achievement was realised by the management and employees through commitment and hard work in facing various challenges,” said Candra during CTRA’s 2026 Public Expose on Friday, 26 June 2026.

For 2026, the company has set a pre-sale revenue (marketing sales) target of Rp 9.5 trillion. Candra emphasised that this target was established based on careful considerations of both global and domestic economic situations. This target aligns with the 2025 marketing sales figure of Rp 9.5 trillion, which saw a decline of approximately 14 per cent compared to the Rp 11 trillion recorded in 2024.

Consequently, Candra stressed that the 2026 marketing sales target of Rp 9.5 trillion was set with full prudence by management, in response to sluggish property demand in several regions caused by declining public purchasing power. “CTRA is optimistic about achieving the 2026 marketing sales target through a strategy focused on residential product development and geographical diversification, while utilising the Government-borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) incentive programme,” he added.

On the same occasion, CTRA Corporate Secretary, Aditya Ciputra Sastrawinata, explained that to achieve the 2026 targets, CTRA has launched two new residential projects: Citra Homes Halim in Jakarta and Citra Bukit Golf Sentul in Bogor, alongside other new clusters.

Aditya detailed that in the first quarter of 2026, the Cedarwood@Forestine cluster in the CitraGarden City Jakarta project, the Hortis Phase 2 cluster in the Citra Garden Serpong project, and various other clusters have already been launched by CTRA. Meanwhile, in the second half of 2026, CTRA plans to launch the Lacewood Phase 1@The Forestine cluster, the Solea Terrace cluster in CitraGarden City Jakarta, and the Kataluna Apartment in CitraLand City CPI Makassar, among others.
