PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year.

The meeting approved several key agendas, including the use of net profit, the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders, and various other strategic decisions.

Shareholders approved the distribution of cash dividends for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp980 billion or Rp12 per share, which includes an interim dividend of Rp5 per share already paid on 28 November 2025, and the remaining dividend of Rp7 per share to be paid on 28 April 2026.

The cash dividend consists of Rp8.63 per share sourced from the 2025 fiscal year net profit – equivalent to 99.98 percent of the net profit attributable to the parent entity’s owners – plus Rp3.37 per share allocated from retained earnings from previous years.

The meeting also approved the transfer of Treasury Shares through proportional distribution to shareholders.

The distribution ratio is set at 50:1, where every holder of 50 CNMA shares will receive one Treasury Share.

The distribution of these shares is scheduled for 28 April 2026. In addition, shareholders approved changes to the company’s board composition in connection with the resignation of Mohammad Noor Rachman Soejoeti from his position as an independent commissioner.

The AGMS results also approved the Company’s Annual Report and the ratification of the Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025.

Throughout 2025, Cinema XXI recorded revenue of Rp5.9 trillion, an increase of 2.6 percent from the previous year’s Rp5.7 trillion. The company also booked a net profit after tax of Rp776.2 billion with EBITDA reaching Rp1.8 trillion.

In line with its performance growth, Cinema XXI continues to expand its operational reach. As of 31 December 2025, the company operates 267 cinemas with a total of 1,388 screens spread across 55 cities and 30 regencies in Indonesia.
